There are eight attributes and characteristics that we want our team to hold on to. So much happens in a church office environment and we want to ensure that our staff team are all working together in the right way, and a healthy environment is key to helping everyone flourish in their roles.

People are at the heart of everything we do

Jesus came for people, not possessions or to-do lists. As a church we are passionate about people, and serving people is what we’re about. We are committed to leading and connecting people into a growing relationship with Jesus and we want all our staff and volunteers pulling in this direction.
